During these unprecedented times, when the world is upside down, we continue doing everything we can to help you at the best of our abilities. Things may take a little longer than they normally do or be done slightly differently from what you are used to. But we do everything we can to offer you our usual service. Please do not hesitate to contact us, we are there to support you.

Are you open?

Yes, both our warehouse and office are operating although the office employees work from home as much as possible.

Does the current situation affect the delivery time?

Till the present moment, we manage to maintain our usual delivery times. Of course, we will inform you immediately in case of any changes.

Is your office in China open again?

Yes, luckily, it is. After two months of compulsory home quarantine, two weeks ago, our colleagues in Hangzhou returned to work. They supervise the production daily and ensure that everything is being shipped on time.

Are all factories in China open again?

All the suppliers we work with are back to work. Our own production locations have also been restarted and are running again at almost full capacity.

Is it possible to arrange a rush delivery for my order?

Many of our partner companies work in an adapted way, too. That’s why it is currently not possible to deliver your order to you or your customer earlier than the confirmed delivery time.

Can you still guarantee transit time?

At this moment, we do not experience any delays and our transport partners can deliver your order on the agreed date. However, due to the current circumstances, the delivery may take a day or two longer. We appreciate your understanding.

Can you still deliver the order directly to my customer?

Yes, generally speaking, that is still possible. However, it is essential to check in advance whether your customer can receive goods. Many warehouses are currently closed or open to a limited extent only. If this is the case and at the moment of our delivery your customer’s warehouse is closed, we will have to charge you the extra delivery costs. Shipments abroad are currently subject to restrictions as a result of the recently introduced border controls.
